Fregula Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta

Typical toasted pasta from Sardinia. Produced with Italian durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods, bronze-drawn and dried at a low temperature.
It is ideal both as a hot dish with mussels and clams and/or as a risotto with sausage, and a cold dish with vegetables and fish.
