Ogliarola

Incredibly aromatic, with almost overwhelming floral notes, rich ripe almond, and the scent of apple peel. The taste is rich, creamy, and intense, with a range of attributes: creamy avocado, the freshness of lettuce straight from the garden, and a balance of bitterness from endive and radicchio. The pungency is lingering and persistent, and heavily leans on baking spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, pink and green peppercorn, leaving a warm and comforting finish to this incredibly complex and harmonious olive oil.
