Morelli Orecchiette

A typical Apulia pasta made with Italian durum wheat semolina, processed using artisan methods, bronze-drawn, and dried at a low temperature. It is ideal served with meat—and/or vegetable-based sauces.

We suggest serving this pasta with turnip greens or a simple tomato sauce.
