Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, processed using artisan methods.
This pasta releases a fantastic, distinctive fragrance of the mushrooms and wheat germ while cooking.

Ideally served with sausages or simply with EVOO and cheese, this pasta can be mixed with the Green Olive Fettuccine since they have the same cooking time (8 minutes) to create a more colorful and rich-flavored plate!
